To be a General Manager, you must be located (or willing to relocate) in one of the following states: Colorado, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Florida, and Massachusetts. Once a month, you’ll be expected to travel to the company’s headquarters in San Francisco (25% of your time).

💻 The Role

We’re looking for a gritty and ambitious leader with a proven track record in complex growth operations environments and managing teams. This role is ideal for someone seeking the opportunity to exercise full autonomy, take complete ownership, and unleash their creativity to drive impactful results.

You’ll fully own the success of the state market and scale it to win.

In this role you will:

Own and execute the strategic market vision. You’ll identify market opportunities and partnerships for growth along with overseeing the competitive landscape to iterate on our positioning and strategy. You’ll collaborate with leaders to align on the company's goals and have full ownership of the market’s P&L.
Ensure operational excellence. You’re relentlessly driven by high-performance and know how to keep your team accountable with execution. You’ll manage the day-to-day running of all market operations from on-the-ground sales, customer support, clinical delivery of care, and much more. You’ll focus on monitoring KPIs to drive continuous improvements in all areas of the business.
Grow all-star teams. You’re excited to lead and manage impactful teams of growth hackers, operators, and builders with strong values and empathy. You’ll help build out teams as we continue to scale.
Represent the market. You’re going to be the face of the business in the market. You’ll develop strong relationships with users, key partners, and stakeholders involved to build a powerful brand and reputation.
Build for Scale and Flexibility. We have grown exceptionally fast and expect that growth to continue to accelerate. That growth comes with the complexity of requirements that differ across the United States. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth. It’s an interesting challenge that keeps us going everyday.
