đź’» The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious leader with a proven track record in complex growth operations environments and managing teams. This position reports directly to the CEO and is hybrid in San Francisco (at least 60% of your time will be spent in the office with leaders and builders). You’ll build unparalleled processes for families and help shape our roadmap.
In this role you will:
- Own and run the Growth function end-to-end. Our growth function consist of many pillars and you’ll oversee:
- Demand generation. This is all about spreading our mission far and wide to increase awareness to thousands of underserved families. You’ll manage partnerships, D2C digital marketing, and local grassroot marketing.
- Lead conversion. This is all about closing and converting interested families to use our product. You’ll manage sales teams and optimize the lead to conversion experience.
- Craft growth processes for scale and constantly experiment. You’re relentless about operational excellence and always launching new ideas. You’ll help take our growth teams to new heights through constantly refining processes, iterating on growth experiments, and constructing playbooks that will scale with exponential growth. You are excited to scale a company to $50M-$100M ARR in the next year.
- Grow all-star teams. You’re excited to lead and manage impactful teams of growth hackers, marketers, and builders with strong values and empathy. You’ll help build out new teams and work streams as we continue to scale.
- Build for Scale and Flexibility. We have grown exceptionally fast and expect that growth to continue to accelerate. That growth comes with the complexity of requirements that differ across the United States. You’ll collaborate closely with leaders to best balance optimal patient experience with varying regulatory requirements and that will support hypergrowth. It’s an interesting challenge that keeps us going everyday.
- Partner with operations, clinical, and product teams across the company. You'll be a critical voice for shaping our roadmap to further our mission.
